The basics
You may qualify if any of these apply
- Adults 18 years and older who need daytime supervision
- Seniors managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or COPD
- Individuals living with a physical or cognitive disability
- Adults recovering from surgery, illness or a hospital stay
- Anyone who would benefit from social interaction and mental stimulation
- Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance recipients
