What your loved one will actually do all day

This is the question every family asks on the first phone call. Here is the honest answer, hour by hour.

Every week includes

Six things we do again and again

Not because we run out of ideas, but because these are the ones participants ask for.

Games & Lotería

Lotería, bingo, dominoes and card tournaments. The loudest, most competitive part of the day.

A participant smiling as he places a marker on his lotería board
A participant in a black hat concentrating on his lotería board
The long table mid-game, boards and markers spread across it

Music & Dancing

Live música, sing-alongs and afternoons where the chairs get pushed back.

Birthdays & Celebrations

Birthdays, holidays, Día de las Madres and every reason we can find for cake.

Rainbow-iced cupcakes laid out ready to serve

Meals Together

Breakfast and lunch served family-style, because eating alone is its own kind of hard.

A participant with a plate of freshly cut fruit
Kitchen staff cooking the day's hot meal on the stove
A meal tray handed across the serving counter
Gloved hands cutting fresh grapes in the kitchen

Photos from inside the center

Choosing care for a parent is hard to do from a phone screen. These are the rooms, the people and the ordinary days in between.

Ask us

Have something your loved one would enjoy?

Participants shape the calendar. If your mother played guitar, or your father worked with his hands, tell us. We build activities around what people already love. Reach us on the contact page.

Come watch a lotería game

The best way to judge an adult day care is to stand in the room during an activity. Call and we will tell you when the next one starts.
